Smile New member to forums

We moved to Tucson AZ last Feb 06 from Delaware, we belonged to the Delmarva Airstream unit. Came across country in our airstream and enjoyed it immensely. We will be joining the Arizona unit shortly and look forward to meeting new people. Our airstream is nice, had new finish put on a couple years ago at the place in Ohio, way out in the boonies, they did a great job. We bought our 1996 Excella airstream from Arkansas dealer, removed the carpet in kitchen, dinette and living room area and put down white vinyl flooring. It is very easy to maintain. Kept the bedroom carpet. We bought a shelter for it as Tucson summer is incredibly hot.

Hope to hear from fellow airstreamers about some of their interesting trips.

Welcome to the forums! Glad to have you aboard!

Get out and enjoy that Airstream! Post pictures of your adventures! We love to see what others are doing and how cool their Airstream looks!

Be sure and attend an Airstream rally as soon as you can! The folks are really great and you will have a good time!

Hope to see you on the road soon!

Welcome to the forum, another welcome to the west side of America. I am impressed with your move from Delaware to Arizona, especially the fact that you did it in an Airstream.

shirleyle ~ Welcome to the forum and welcome to Arizona! I left the East coast many years ago and never looked back. Now you can enjoy your TT all year long and you will no longer have to winterize! BTW, Tucson has a very highly rated Airstream Dealer.

Welcome shirleyle ~

From another Arizonian. You'll find it kinda warm here in the summer but the rest of the year is great. Hope to meet up with you on the road in the near future.
