OK, so I've lurked long enough.
Sandy is retired, but moonliting as an artist.
I'm a consultant
(unemployed/semi-retired).
We just bought our 2nd A/S - an 09 25' FB Flying Cloud to replace our smaller 07 23' Safari after 'snowbirding' for 4 months this past winter. Must say that I really like towing an A/S rather than driving the old Class A we had for 5 years. We are, and were, long-time self-supported bicycle tourists, and are now into kayaking as well. We are also birders. Must say that the A/S fits nicely into our lifestyle.
Since joining and lurking, I've learned alot about A/S and what is wrong and right with them - mostly right. And since we've been traveling with our A/S for the past couple of years, we've met the nicest of the nice folks who wander the quiet backroads of the US - other A/S owners.
So, thanks to the group that started this website and to all the members who have posted great information that has shortened my learning curve. I hope I can contribute as thoughtfully as you.
