Hello, all,
I'm Jim, owner of a 2006 Safari 28' and member of the WBCCI Texas Unit. Wife Pat and I bought the trailer a year ago last March. We've camped around Texas, spent last August at Top of Georgia, and arrived here at the Virginia Highland Haven Airstream Park at the beginning of June. We're still here and will remain intil the park closes on Oct. 15.
We have just fallen in love with this place. Wherever you park there are stunning views across the Blue Ridge Mountains. There are 75 acres of hiking trails and picnic spots. The clubhouse has just about everything you might want. The members are dear people and extraordinarily hospitable. And the cost for guests is the same as the Virginia State Parks: $21 per day, 6 days a week.
After three days here we bought the one share of stock remaining for sale and became members, with the idea of spending every summer here. Since then airstreamers have begun to find the place, so we have a waiting list of eight or ten people now.

Sounds to us like youv'e jumped right in with both feet, or all 28 as the case may be, sounds like a wonderful time...........ENJOY!!
