New member and question

Hi everyone! I'm a new member from Northern Alberta, Canada. I've never owned a travel trailer, but my wife and I are looking into buying lakefront property and parking a trailer on the lot as a temporary living space. I've always loved the look of airstreams and have my eyes set on a vintage (I believe) model. I can't seem to find the proper forum area to post my request for help identifying the trailer...can anyone point me in the right direction?

I appreciate your help and look forward to interacting with all of you as we begin our restoration.

Cheers,
Ken

Welcome to the forms. Just post the pic here and people on the forms can help you with that.

This looks like something that is a fixer upper. If you have never done this they can be a lot of work. Trust me it is. I'm in the middle of a full redo now and what cost cheap it's not in the long run! If your looking for something that needs some work I would get some alittle more money for less work. There is a site on here in the classified area and you can look here. This unit looks like a 67.

Thank you for that info...it may just have different options than some of the other 67's I'd seen.

For $2000 CAD, this seems like a hard deal to pass up. However, I don't know the value of these so maybe you're right!

Mine was around that and I've put $15000 in mine so far. I had to do a shell off on mine and repair the frame.
I know of one where I live that's a 34' in good con with a few small things needed to fix for $15000. You my need to travel for a nicer non fixer upper. One thing you need to have is an inspector go and check it out. You can found that out on the forms.
