Greetings, I have been a member for a while and just read the post. We bought our
1964 Land Yacht In the late 90's. We have taken it across country and throughout West. We are the third owners. The second owners never used it and bought it from the original owners. I was in sad shape when picked it up. We repair the floor at the front, re-faced the cabinets, new counter tops, new toilet, water system and other needed work. We have not used it during the last few years because of other activities, but we are getting it road ready for this Summer. Wife just retired so we are some what free. Son is going off to college and daughter still has two years of High School before she is off to college. One of possible retirement activities is restoring things.
We are located near Dallas OR.
