Just joined have owned home made pop up camper in 1971 made with wooden tops. Went to Startcraft pop up camper in 1975 which towed to Alaska. Returned from Alaska in 1980 with truck camper. In in 1988 purchased a 28 foot trailer. In 1990 got a 33 foot 5th wheel, than went to 24 foot 5th wheel than to 33 foot 5th wheel. In 2014 got a 36 foot class A motor home than back to 29 foot 5th wheel in 2016. Now to 2017 Classic 30 AS. So appears have saved the best for last as at age 72 I expect to have it for 28 years this will end my camping at age 100.

Welcome and congrats on the new airstream! From your post I can see you have had a lot of RV experience and I bet a lot of fun travels through the years.

Choosing the Airstream to be the last is like icing on the cake...save the best for last! You will come to appreciate all it's charm and novelty.

Do be aware that once you Airstream nothing will compare and your hooked for life...so many happy Airstream memories to come!
