New from NC

New member from North Carolina. I do not own a AS yet but am learning as much as possible before I take the leap. I've enjoyed the forum thus far, there is a ton of info on here.

Take a drive down to Alumalina in Cleveland, SC, the last weekend in March, if you want to see lots and lots of Airstreams and meet lots of folks willing to show you theirs and answer questions.

The particulars are at the bottom of the portal page, under rallies.

Thanks Maggie. Sounds like a good time!

Being someone who likes learning new things and a Jack of all trades kind of person, I am thinking of purchasing a vintage trailer to restore to my liking. However, after looking at trailers over the past few months, it seems that not only are these semi-difficult to value, but that most sellers are asking a lot for trailers that need a full rebuild. Any insight on this?

No insight on that from me, as I know nothing about trailers.

Others will know.
