New Argosy owner.

My wife and I have purchased a 1975 Argosy 26 foot, twin bed, rear bath camper. The exterior paint has been stripped by po. It appears to be solid, we are excited to fix er up a bit and go camping with our two children (5&7).

New to campers and argosy (airstream). We are DIY and look foward to learning and doing.

Planning on installing new converter with fuse panel, new pex plumbing (PO had installed rigid pvc in areas), wall paper, paint. Propane system is untested. Installing new 110/120 dorm fridge.

We plan mostly camping where hookups are available.

Pics after I hack into my photobucket account. It's been awhile.

Hey congratulations on your "new" purchase. We have a '77 Argosy 24' and couldn't be more happy. We bought it from the 2nd owner, 3 years ago and go away for 3 or 4 weekend trips in the summer. We just pulled her out of storage 3 weeks ago and plan on a trip in a couple of weeks. Happy camping to your family.
