New Airstream owner from Garland, TX.

My wife and I have been camping for the past 10 yrs in a Casita Travel Trailer. I retired a couple of years ago and have enjoyed camping on my schedule instead of the companies. We took delivery of our new 16ft Caravel a couple a weeks ago from Airstream of DFW. Last week our shakedown trip was at Tyler State Park. If I can figure it out I'll attach a pic. All system worked! Yeah. The only small issue is that the rascally bathroom door was hung to low. Can you say project. Unfortunately, the piano hinge is not adjustable, but I'll figure it out.
After cruising the forum I can tell it will be a valuable resource.

Welcome. Tyler a great place for a first outing. We used to live in Rowlett and Cooper was also a great weekend hop from the Metroplex and usually easier to find sites than Tyler.
We live 15 miles north of Tyler now so haven’t camped there yet.

Welcome to the forum! We bought from Dfw Airstream in Dec. Great folks. Tyler state is a great park and i'm hoping to get over there soon.

We bought our Flying Cloud 25RB there on March 4th. Great folks to deal with. We are on our first trip right now. So far no problems. We know of no leaks so far as it has been raining daily. We plan on visiting Tyler State Park soon too. Hopefully we will cross paths at some point.
