New 72 Sovereign owner in Washington St.

Hi everyone, my wife & I just jumped feet first into what I think will be a lot of fun.
We purchased a 72 Sovereign great exterior condition, The previous owner gutted the inside, most of the electrical and all of the floor. Our plan is to leave it parked, run new 30 amp service to it, replace floor and convert it into a art studio. This forum is an unexpected blessing. We are total newbies to the Airstream world but are really looking forward to this challenge,.
