You are welcome Bill: Nice to hear you have maintenance skills. Very necessary with Airstream ownership. I enjoy working with my hands and on these old Airstreams. Gives a retired guy something to do.
Here is a photo of my former
1966 Trade Wind. I have maybe 1200 hours in that one. The new owner has made some significant improvements beyond what I did. It is a very nice 24' trailer and quite expensive now.
And here is a photo of my 1975 Overlander 27'. It was pretty nice when I bought it, but had a mild case of "rear end separation" due to a rotted out plywood subfloor at the back of the trailer. That is now repaired, and I've replumbed the entire trailer. I have enough more to do to it to last most of the winter months.
