Jumping in - head first...

My husband went and found his dream - Only once the carpet was pulled up it became his project.

Now Im hunting for his parts.

... Airstream parts....pieces... odds and ends.

Reading your posts and looking at the pictures has become a full time job for me! (good thing I work at the office from home)

We have a 79 Safari 25ft beast
Its hungry for attention, needing floors replaced along with a complete list of the standard things.... Every thing. Why people say they dont leak is beyond me! They do - a lot - In hidden spots so no one can see it when it happens.

I have the front bench and the kitchen bench to give away. The plastic drawers inside, the fold up table thing. Curtains (old! needs some dry cleaning to be perky) Basically - everything that is ripped up when a floor goes in, is now outside. If your interested in anything - email me (Im in CA)

We are looking for the name of the blue color that is used for the accent outisde stripes. Its being stripped and polished. What a chore!
Also - Letters! A I R S T R E A M ... individual so we can replace them. Our 79 is not a plaque - its each letter instead. The last owner took both front and back off for some odd reason. (we keep trying to figure out what he was thinking on most everything to do with this trailer)
Yes I have searched high and low in most of the online vendors listed -

I want to thank anyone and everyone who posts pictures!
Oh my goodness but they are awsome to look at - from the perspective of what a mess these things can be (if only he would have looked BEFORE the purchase!) and how pretty they can be once fixed up.
Insentive - its great. Ideas on what to do - wonderful!
Im trying to love this addition to our driveway.
Its not been and easy thing.
This in an interesting adventure.

Please email if you want stuff or have suggestions on where to find Blue or Letters - (or anything else useful!) or - I'll try and find it again here.. Im still learning my way around.

Nanc

Hi Nanc

Keep an eye on ebay for the letters. Did you know that an alternative arrangement could be I ARE SMART

By the way, some vandal stole the ASS from my AMBASSADOR emblem on my 62. I am looking for another one.
