Wink Joy in the Journey

Greetings Airstream Community!

We are the proud owners of a 2004 Bambi 16' International CCD which we found in the classified section of this website. Before we purchased it we also used this site for researching the different models of airstreams. Thank you all for sharing your knowledge and providing us with such a great resource.

We've taken our Bambi out for two weekend adventures and have been very pleased with it's comfort and features. My wife and I are about 10 years from retirement and are working into camping gradually. Eventually, we hope to move up to a larger unit but for now this seems to fit our needs.

During our last camping adventure we happened on a WBCCI rally. We met some terrific people from the Central California Tri Counties and San Joaqin chapters who took us in and made us feel right at home. These folks were a great advertisement for the Airstream community. We are looking forward to many more years of Bambi adventures.

Thanks again and Happy Trails!

Welcome to the forums. You meet the nicest people in an Airstream. Wherever we travel whenever we happen upon another Airstream they become instant friends. I hope you have many happy years of camping.
