Joining the ranks
I just bought a "new" 2008 Safari 25B. I've owned boxy tt's, fifth wheels, and motorhomes and all suffered here on the Oregon coast. My tow rig is a 2005 Tundra doublecab. I hope it will pull it well. I wanted the queen bed which I understand has been phased out in the later models. I've been doing a lot of research online, and in fact haven't even seen my purchase in person yet. I have held it with a deposit and plan to pick it up this weekend. I'm almost retired, and my father owned a 31 ft. Excella in the 70's. Any tips other than never buy sight unseen!? The finance package on the "new" tt will save thousands over the new MSRP, and in fact it will cost less than many used ones advertised online. I'm thrilled to finally have what I've always wanted!
