That's what we got and it is heavier but I can handle it myself and when we were in Colorado a couple walked right by the Airstream and said "that is the quietest generator we've ever heard, very nice"! It works like a charm.

'cept for the Honda's they can't hear...
You can't go rong with red or blue.
As some other's, we started with a 2000i, thinking we could add a companion if needed, it wasn't, we didn't.

hi, Bob,
am curious to ask about the dolly under the Yamaha - did you create the dolly, or was that "stock", or ??
thanks!

Hi, I used to have my Yamaha generator sit on a furniture dolly, but it was too big. later, I bought a small furniture dolly, but it was too small by inches. I took the small dolly apart and was going to modify it and ended up buying a new piece of wood and remaking it. I kind-of got the idea from another forum member who made a mount to hold his Honda generator on top of his battery box. I wanted my generator to be on wheels that it wouldn't slip off of, but could easily be removed from. I made cut outs for the Yamaha's feet and put carpet in them mostly for looks.

We have the two Honda 2000 setup, with one that piggybacks onto the other. They're pricey but worth what you get.
You are living my dream of getting a Bambi. We have little ones, so we went with a larger AS. I'll just live vicariously through you!
Best of luck.

Ok gang the million dollar question after having surfed this forum and of course other web sites trying to get a feel for cost related to a 2007 Bambi. It is clean, well cared for no noticeable items broken or damaged. It does not have the ss interior but again is clean inside and out floor looks fantastic trailer underside is solid. We have not tried the appliances will do that on our next and final visit where we will discuss price. Tires are new. Any thoughts on range of price he is asking $24,500 in my look around not out of line perhaps a little high but not by much in my opinion but I am no expert. Thoughts and ideas welcome

Engie,
Have you tried contacting a "inspector" in your area? Scroll down, right side, enter the location info and see if there is someone that would be willing to go with you on your final inspection.
The price seems to be in the ball park....good luck!!!

If that little girl is half the trailer I got--2006 SE 19' Bambi, that's in the ballbark of mine . Ours in perfect shape--some of the inside equipment was strill in boxes. I am having fun fixing/repairing/troubleshooting nitnoi problems and this forum has been great---almost as good as next door neighbors helping. If I was still in the market, after checking and getting responces, and expert opinions, I would certainly giver a good look before turning her down.
