Introduction

Hi! My husband and I have a 1970 Overlander. We have used it for a number of years as a place to stay when staying at get-away property we own. Because of kids, work, etc. I have not spent much time with my Airstream the last year or so. Trying to decide what to do at the point. Do I fix it up and bring it home to tow? I have a few repair issues; the most pressing is that someone tried to enter the Airstream and broke the latch. Just trying to decide how the Airstream fits into our lifestyle.

Welcome to the forum, Shawn...you already have what many people want...an older Airstream to play with...It's a tough decision to know what you should do, but think on it a while before you decide...and rember that you might never have a chance to have it back...

If you do decide not to keep it, there are calssifieds here and no doubt someone will be interested in giving it a good home...

Having a 1969 Overlander, I hope you'll think long and hard of how your life will be in a few years. One of the laments I hear is, "I wished I had it back!.
Ours was vandalized in the storage area so we brought it up to our yard, repaired it and really enjoy it. Our kids just love it too....
