Hi everyone, we are excited to join the community with our newly renovated 1972 Argosy. We've had it finished for nearly two years, and have taken a couple of nice trips, but with COVID and all . . . Really looking forward to learning how to navigate the various forums and be part of all the neat stuff on this site.

Welcome from a vintage Airstream enthusiast in Colorado. Maybe 72 was the first year of the Argosy, but I'm not sure. I do read it was Airstream's "test bed" with new ideas in construction, new windows, new floor layouts, European versions and the like. There is quite a Argosy following here on these Forums. Check out the Knowledge Base near the bottom of the Forums tab, and click on Argosy. You can learn a lot there.

Here is a photo of a nicely renovated one we met on a trip several years ago. They were super nice folks.

Congratulations on your "new" rig! Sounds beautiful. You'll have to post a couple of pictures to share the beauty. It's nice to get things going on the road again.

There's lots to explore around the forums. Lot's of great information and great people willing to share their experiences with you. You've probably got lot's of info to share on the renovation of your rig.
