Intro

Hello folks. New person here, living up in Maine, hoping that someone might gift me a trailer here, as my budget for this is zero right now. Have other bills to pay before I can do that. But I'm an aspiring owner and trying to secret away a few dollars here and there for that day when I find 'the most incredible deal that you won't believe honey!' - cause it'll have to be incredibly to let it sit in the driveway anyway!

I've made a post to the 'sightings' thread, hoping someone might help identify a trailer I've seen on a country road up here. It's too snowy to go out and see it, as it's not a safe place to park with all the snow around and being on a hill. Once we thaw, perhaps I can stop and look for plates on the trailer to ID it.

But anyway.. aspiring 30-something airstreamer. Would like to give aluminitus to the kids before they get too old to appreciate some of the aspects of it

Cheers!

Hi Knightjohann,
Welcome to the forums!
If you haven't already, check the classifieds here on the forum, the tab is at the top of the page. Even though it sounds like you aren't ready to make a move yet, it's important to do all your research now, including what things go for. ($$)
Of course the search tab is valuable and encouraged here. There is a ton of info, this site saved me a lot of time, energy and money when I was looking.
Nice to have you,
Dave

Not a stretch...

Gift Trailer?

Well, it wouldn't surprise me if someone asks you to take their "belly pan dropped - shell off - rusted out frame" project, that's been sitting in their driveway for 2 years, off their hands for free.

Good Luck and Welcome.
