Intro

Esteemed Airstreamers,

This is to introduce myself to this forum, we are the owners of a 1974 Argosy 26' and have been camping with this trailer now for 8 years. It was in pretty fair shape when we bought it and have constantly tried to upgrade (after the initial floor repairs in the usual places). We are located in "Hill Country" Louisiana and use our trailer for weekends and vacations and camp mostly in the surrounding states. Presently working on bath upgrade and will try painting the old lav and tub/shower, maybe using 2 part epoxy or urethane.

Greetings Bert, welcome to the forums! Sounds like you have a lot of experience working on (and camping with) your Argosy. The search feature at the top of the page can help you get information on your bathroom painting project. Good luck and post some pictures when you get a chance!

Welcome

Covington, not too far away, just across the state line.

Enjoy the forums, lots of info here.

Thanks Mike
I have been spending a lot of my time in the Kiln as our house in Jordan River was hit by the Katrina storm surge and we took 5' of water. Just reconstructed the roof in June now working in the inside - long way to go.
Hope you all made it thu without a major loss.

regards

Bert
