Wink I want to Airstream

I am hoping to talk my husband into an Airstream when he retires in two years. I am trying to get him to move to the US of A so we can travel all over this huge and beautiful continent. Wish me luck. He's Irish born in England and he can be a bit stodgy sometimes. I want us to be free to do as and go where the open road takes us.

What you may find helpful if either your husband or you have not had RV travel experience is to rent/lease an RV/Carvan for a vacation or two to test the RV waters. If these trips in a rental RV are successful then you have a greater chance of getting your partner on your side. Then, your major obstacle will be "selling" the major move. I can't think of anything that would be more enjoyable than spending a few years exploring the North American Continent in an Airstream!

Good luck with your plans!

Kevin

Welcome! I'm a Brit enjoying my time exploring North America in my Airstream - I'm sure you can get your Irishman to enjoy the experience, too. Hopefully!
