Howdy from Central Texas

Hey there
Semi retired ( I do some consulting) in Round Rock, Tx. We bought a 2020 Airstream Nest in 2020. Never been a big camper, since Boy Scouts, but we are giving it a try. Have not down much in the last year but looking forward to spring.

Welcome to the forums!

"Winter" (such as it is here) is the best time for camping in Central TX. That one cold night just makes you enjoy the furnace a little more in the morning. Unless I've managed to get out of state, I generally leave the trailer parked under cover from June until September because you spend hours waiting for the interior to cool off when you arrive somewhere in TX summer!

Welcome and congratulations. You live in a good centralized area to venture out in all directions to explore State Parks and COA parks. Good luck

If camping isnít really your thing, travel instead! Your Nest is your mobile hotel room with a kitchen, that allows you to prepare your own meals and rest when you want to. Itís a great base from which to visit family and friends and experience new places.
