Maybe you are one of the very few lucky people experiencing an "infant failure" of a significant component. I would verify you are delivering 12v to the pump. If the switch is in "store" the system won't deliver 12v to the pump. If you verify you are delivering 12v to the pump, then stop by the most convenient Airstream dealer and make a warranty claim. They should take care of you right away.

Hi

Depending on your route and how far along you are:

Don't bother with the AS dealer in Tennessee. Head over to Out of Doors Mart in North Carolina. (at least that's been my experience).

If you aren't that far along then ... never mind .

The water pump runs on 12V. The inverter being on or off should have no impact on it. It has a fuse or breaker that might have blown. That would be unusual. It also has wires attached with crimps / wire nuts. Having an early failure there ( wire nut falls off) is not at all unusual.

Good Luck !!!

Bob

Uncle Bob is right on Out of Doors Mart, even being a half a rivet short. They run their business quite well in my experiences with them.

Can you post a pic of the pump and the two electric wires?

Do you have a DC test light or multimeter?

Yup. We were were in a 1170 mi treck. Made two stops no issue after second stopped turned off water pump from panel with tank levels, did not touch batt disconnect as have fridges going and have 4 x 100 ah lithium and 3k inverter so no worries about batt life. Third stop went to turn pump on and no green light and no pump.

Welcome to the forum. You might also want to check in the sub-forum which includes pumps for relevant threads/posts IMO:
