Depending on the year, you can get a title from a company like International Title Service. Are you sure it isn't stolen?

vintage

if you like the vintage trailers. I know that the Flying Clouds are 22' or Globe Trotters or maybe a Tradewind- If newer the Globe Trotters are also on the small size.

Sorry can't help you regarding no title in the UK.

Here in the states it's just a matter of filling out some paperwork.

good luck

If you know the last state the trailer was titled/tagged in, you should be able to file for a lost title. Get a bill of sale with your purchase.

I have used Braodway Title in Georgia. You need a bill of sale from the original owner. They will handle the title work and will be able to obtain a title from a state that allows a transfer via a bill of sale. Once you get that title you can use it to obtain a title from your home state (or the UK?). Here in PA, the state does not accept a bill of sale as evidence of prior ownership. I believe the title I originally received from Broadway - came from Maine. If you are eventually going to title it in the UK, it won't matter which State the title gets processed through. Good Luck!

If you are going to import the AS to GB--I wouldn't get one without a title.
It just complicates the whole transaction to the nth.

You may have some difficulty exporting without the SELLER doing ALL the title work first.

Coming into Canada (considered international) with a trailer bought in the States the bill of sale and title signatures and date of title transfers HAVE to match.

Do your homework your end to ask what is acceptable for paper work in order to register the vehicle in your name and get a title/registration from UK.

Also- the 69's and up are illegal on UK only roads although the rest of Europe is fine. So if travelling only in the UK then you might want to look at the 68's and older.

Have fun with your search.
