Hi from Minnesota (and beyond!)

Hi all,

New to the forum, new to the life. I just purchased a 1981 Excella 280 Turbodiesel. It's road ready, but needs a little love. I think I'll be probably spending a good amount of time on the platform. I'm feeling a little overwhelmed, but very excited to get to work.

Thanks for creating a space for learning and knowledge sharing. I'll take any tips or tricks you have for noobs right out of the gate....?

Cheers,

Joseph

Welcome to the Airstream moho world. You should start a thread in the Classic Motorhome forum section, that's where most of the motorhome asylum members hang out.

Nice looking coach.

Welcome from Colorado, formally from the Twin Cities area. I like Colorado but miss Minnesota after 27 years there. Both our sons are U grads but both moved here about 15 years ago. We traveled here many times to visit, and when retirement came, we moved here. And they thought they wouldn't have to take care of us in our old age. Sorry boys, it's your job.

Colorado has many nifty areas to visit with your Airstream. We don't have a motor home and prefer trailering. Here we are camping in the mountains with our son and granddaughters.
