Question Hi everyone - redesigning 18 footer!

I'm a new member of this site particularly because I am redesigning a 1960 no name 18' Airstream for a client and converting to a home office. I have replaced the entire sub floor in the back half of the trailer, installed new cork floor tiles, sanded and refinished all the cabinets, installed new glass in the upper cabinets, new mirror on the closet door, replaced all the HEHR window seals and am now in the process of building a desk in the rear where the gaucho once was, and a new sofa seating/sleeping in the front where the dinette once was.

I have run into a small problem...when the trailer came to me all the existing seating, toilet, and water tank was gone. I want to install a new tank under the front couch and I am curious on which size to use? I'm thinking 15 gallons since it will only be serving the sink for making tea and coffee...we will not be replacing the toilet. Any suggestions on the type, brand, etc for a new tank, pump and/or water lines?

Thanks,
Suzie
