Hey, that is my trailer ;o)

We bought this last week and it has already been delivered a couple of days ago. Husband and I are in the process of cleaning out all of the pots, pans, linens, and misc. stored in it for years. We are giving it a look-over to see what needs repairing and replacing. We are newbees to this "adventure" of airstreaming. I just couldn't pass up the BIN price of $3,700.
I hope we didn't bite off more than we can chew.

Welcome Holly! Looking forward to seeing some pictures of your new Overlander once you get things sorted out. We have a very active group of Streamers in the Northwest - hopefully once you get your Airstream back on the road you can join us at a rally! Good luck with your project.

Hey, Holly, welcome to!

Wow, that trailer looks more original than I think I've ever seen! But from the photos, it does look to be well-cared for.

Do the furnace and water heater work? How about the refer? (fridge) Those are the things that always seem to age, no matter what.

Take your time, and assuming that the tires and brakes have been replaced lately, get it out there and go camping!

Welcome - Yea - looks original - Mine had the same yellow carpet - I am in the process of redoing the inside. Wish mine had an awning.

Congrats and welcome to the forums! What a sweet chariot. Looks very original too. I can tell it's a '70s by the rust color carpet and green/gold sofa and counters...very popular color scheme back then...and not just for Airstreams!

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. Anyone who lived through the 70s is certainly familiar with that avacado green, harvest gold and burnt orange color scheme!!
I am hoping I can lighten it up. We will see. First thing is first. Get the appliances working and make sure the structure is sound.
Thanks again. Holly
