Exclamation Help please 2016 Grand Tour with No AC/Heat

I am leaving for Virginia for the Holidays and have no climate control. I have check the 20 amp breaker and fuse 5 and both appear sound. I have no response at the Dometic thermostat. Nothing! I have hooked to shore power and turned on the generator. Neither give me any response at the thermostat. No light...nothing. I turned off all power to the coach hoping for a reset. Again, nothing. Any ideas from the experts out there?

This is pretty obvious but you do have the 12 volt kill switch on? The control system needs 12 volt to operate, if you have inside lights then it has power.

You should have enough engine heat while you are driving.

Call Airstream first thing in the morning and they may be able to find you a service centre along the way. If the service centre can't fix the Dometic unit they can put a standard 2 wire thermostat on the two blue wires coming out the furnace.

There will be a 15 or 20 amp fuse in the main panel that powers the AC control and furnace. Again obvious but I thought I would mention it.
