Talking Hello to the forum

Hi All!...
Being reading tips awhile and decided to join in.
Live just N. Kalamazoo, MI
Just bought a new 2007 19' Bambi Safari
Towing with a 1997 Toyota 4 Runner V6
w/ Reese weight distribution hitch and sway bar.
Seems to be just fine so far.
We plan on traveling far & wide especially after I retire within 3 years.
I'm an old wilderness canoe camper.
Bunny doesn't want to be 'on the ground'.
Had a pop-up for the past 5 years.
The Bambi is a treat and soooo delux!
Will the 55 amp converter be enough to charge the batteries within a couple hours?
Happy Trails!

Hi Pete and welcome!

There are a lot of threads here discussing the inverters and battery chargers. Just do a search in the forums.

As I recall, the built-in chargers won't charge up a dead battery, but will take one that's down to no more than 10.5 volts, back up to full charge overnight. That's a little longer than a couple of hours.

I'm heading your way in about a month. Please see my thread. If you can provide any suggestions, I would live to have them.

Hi and welcome to the forums. Your Bambi is a bit more "deluxe" than mine. Hope you enjoy it as much!
