Welcome to the Airstream community and these Air Forums. Congrats on your Excella Classic. Very nice trailer indeed. You will have all kinds of fun fixing this, fixing that, and making the trailer yours.

Use these Forums to answer all of your questions as they come up. I doubt very seriously you could "stump" these Forums with a question no one has an answer too. Lots of very knowledgeable folks here.

Congratulations on your new Airstream. There is a major Airstream rally occurring in North Carolina October 25-28 at Tom Johnson Camping Center in Marion, NC near Asheville. About 250 Airstreams are signed up for the event where you will have the opportunity to meet other Airstreamers from the Carolinas and neighboring states. All Airstreamer's are welcome, you don't have to be a member of the WBCCI (Airstream Club).

Here's a link to a video from a previous Alumalina at another location in South Carolina. It will give you a feel for the camaraderie and activities at an Airstream rally.

Welcome to the forum Washrn03. Glad you survived hurricane Florence. You have the perfect escape trailer if there's a next time. I second the rally. If the trailer not ready, still go and meet the friendliest group around. They will answer most if not all of your questions. You've just opened pandora's box of fun.
