My husband and I purchased a used, 2005, 30' Classic Airstream last summer. We just joined the WBCCI-NOVA group, whom we met while at Jackson Center getting some updates done to the new trailer.

We have camped about 18 years together, but this is our first time camping with an Airstream. I am sure we have a lot to learn and welcome any suggestions on making our camper our "home away from home."

Of course, some pictures of the Airstream (and you!) would be great.

You should consider signing up for the Metro-Detroit rally. Great group of people to learn airstreaming from.

Welcome to the forums and to NOVA. I agree with Dan about the Metro detroit Rally come on up and have a great time!

In the clubs and Groups section of the main page(airforums) you will find a link to Join our private NOVA pages. If you click through there you will come accrost a "Join NOVA Private" button... This will prompt a "new member request" to me and I will be happy to add you to the private pages! We will be out of wifi range this weekend but I may be able to activate you with my phone if the request comes while we are gone. Hope to meet you down the road soon.

We were glad to have met you at JC. We are glad you joined us. We have an active OH group going within. We usually post where all of us are going for the weekends, even those that are not NOVA members post! We love to camp with everybody. The folks that come together for the MetroDetroit are a great group. The campgrounds at Indian Creek (Tecumseh, MI) are not far from the OH line.Family friendly atmosphere. It is listed on the airforums calendar. Hope to camp with you soon.
