Hi all! Dan here. I'm the new owner of a Flying Cloud 27FB. Also a new RVer altogether. So I have very much to learn and looking forward to the new adventures. Starting in my home state of Ohio, and I'll go wherever it and the grace of God take me and the family. Shakedown run is April 7. Woohoo!

Welcome Aboard
Hi Dan - Welcome to the forum and the adventures of owning an RV!
I remember the excitement of using the Airstream in the driveway for the first time. We wanted to stay close and experiment first. Next came the "practice" runs of coordinating backing into a parking space marked with cones at the High School parking lot. It saved many a "misunderstanding" in communications between the Driver and Spotter .
Enjoy the experience, make lot's of memories and you can always ask lot's of questions here of the many seasoned community members.

Welcome, Dan! You’re in for some wonderful times, with a few frustrating moments sprinkled in. Rule number one: don’t get rushed, look twice, practice backing and turns until you understand the space your appendage requires. Look up as well as down. That’s key to the primary goal: DON’T HIT ANYTHING!
Best to you from a former Midwesterner.
