Hello from new member

Greetings. After many years of enjoying a 68 30' tt, am interested in the future purchase of a later model classic Airstream motorhome. Am a little concerned about availability of parts, but my heart goes pitter patter everytime I see one going down the road. Am joining the forum to find out more.

I am probably 3 or so years from retirement. I definitely want to spend part of my time traveling around the country.

I look forward to getting to know many of you and getting the benefit of your experiences and knowledge.

Thank you, Lee

MoHo owner in Oregon wanting TT

there was a thread a couple weeks back about a retired FF in Oregon who wanted to go from his MoHo (I think airstream) to a TT, I just can't remember his name

Welcome to the forums. Umm getting parts for our classics. Let me see last week I crawled through a row of old potato chip and milk trucks in the back row of a junk yard looking for parts. I see it as more of an adventure and not really a problem. The chassis parts can create some fun for you but the rest of the motor home is nothing more than an Airstream trailer put on a truck chassis. Go for it we need more owners of these wonderful vehicles.
