Cool Greetings from Lake Keowee

I thought I would introduce myself and apologize in advance for all the question I'm liable to ask. My name is Russ and I am living on Lake Keowee in Upstate SC. I am looking for 1950's Airstream for restoration project (please see my ad) and am delighted to have found this site with it's wealth of information. I will post my blog address when I start my project. Thanks in advance for the help.
Ciao,
Russ

Welcome to the Airforums Russworld! The longer I hang around here the more I keep thinking of the same vintage. Keep us posted and we love pictures...

Cheers,

Vinnie

Welcome Russ. We're in the upstate. Spend a good bit of time on lake Jocassee kayaking. Good luck on your search.

Welcome Russ. I am in Easley, just down the road. You just missed a late 50's model here in Easley about a month ago.

Here it is: http://asheville.craigslist.org/rvs/2963674653.html

It is post in the Asheville Craigslist. Send me a private message and I will give you my number.

Thanks everyone. Airslide, I cannot wait to be able to post pics. Kevin245, Lake Jocasse is a wonderful lake and as I am on the north side of Lake Keowee only two or three miles from Jocasse. Montanablue, will do.

Vinnie, with the exception of price, hole in starboard front exterior corner and belly pan cutout. I could live with the last two but will not pay a premium to do so.
