hi 'free and welcome to the forums...

take a look here there are so many sub headings that may fit, but reviewing them is work...

there IS a place for the flea bitten...

and even a grouping for your unit style...

i do find that it helps (along with learning to use the advanced search tools) to make the thread topic clear AND specific...

titles like 'i have a question' don't work nearly as well as 'what is a cleco?'

although neither (and all most anything really) guarantees there will not be a big 'ole argument or hijacking!

so enjoy the ride...

all of the true things that i am about to tell you are shameless lies. l.b.j.

we are here on earth to fart around. don't let anybody tell you any different. k.v.

there's a pet forum under "airstream lifestyles"...

there are forums for just about every model and year trailer, for model/year specific questions.
but there is so much overlap of information on most such subjects, I would say that its best to find the appropriate "subject" category, rather than isolating it in a model-year forum. There may be relevant experience that'll get passed-over that way. ex: if you title a thread "question about my 1997 trailer"...I'm going to skip right over it. But the question inside might be, "how do I put air in the tires?"...well, I could've answered that, because there's no difference in the method for 1973 safari's and 1997 excellas. know what I mean?

anyway...welcome to the forums.

nothing bad will happen if you post something in the "wrong" place. If a mod thinks its "wrong", he'll move it to wherever he thinks its "right". no big whoop. post away!
