As for Jackson Center, you are best to call ahead and make an appointment. You can make one online
, but I would call, personally. 877-596-6111 and ask for Customer Service.
If you arrive later in the day, there is what is called the "Terraport", where you can unhitch and stay overnight for no charge. There is water, sewage, electricity, and free wifi access too. Be sure to get the wifi sign-on code before Customer Service closes, though.
While you wait for your work to be done, you can hang out in the large waiting room, which is adjacent to the Wally Byam Store, a place full of goodies that any AS owner will love. And be sure to take the guided tour of the factory. It's very interesting...
Be advised though, that their rates are not low. But, what other product can you take it back to the factory and have them fix it while you wait? I was very satisfied with the work they did on Henri, our vintage Sovereign
