electric problem precision

The air conditioner module can push the hot air when you turn on heat button or fresh air on cold button. I also have a propane furnace. In the excella 1979 manuel they say that the air conditioner can heat, maybe I dont understand something.

Bob, some air conditioner units have a small "heat strip' in them that electrically generates a little heat. Will take the chill off a cool morning. That's about it.
