Completely in love!
Hi everyone! I am looking forward to meeting you in person some day! I got my new baby this week and yesterday I took it on its first trip, all alone with my dogs. I have never towed anything or even been in a trailer camping before. I studied this forum and read several books and I am blown away by how easy and intuitive this all is. My dogs and I are tucked up under some trees, the only campers at this dog show and while the thought of doing this alone, with no experience, was scary, I have had such an amazing time!
THANK YOU AIRSTREAM!!!!

One of the best features of traveling in an Airstream is that the dogs come with you! We wouldn't take three month long trips without the pups.
Enjoy!

Greetings from the Florida Panhandle
Welcome to the Forums. We're glad to have you with us. We're glad that you are enjoying your Airstream. We have been at this a long time, and it does not get old. We have just traded in our old Airstream on a new one.

Here are some pictures of our first trip!
The poodle is Jagger, the Maltese is Gus and the Airstream is not yet named. Although I am leaning towards the Enterprise.

How exciting! I'm inspired by your "get up and go" spirit...I'm in the same boat with no experience. Good luck in all your travels!

Dear Mrs Fancypants! (love that handle)
Welcome and I got a story for you. Short one I hope. I know a young lady who is 93 years old. She lost her husband a few years ago but keep their dream alive and has pulled her 31ft AS to Alaska twice by herself! She is an insperation to meet! long and short of it is go, go, and enjoy yourself.

Oh what a life! I have taken four trips so far! A flat tire, Jack blew a fuse, stuck in the mud, what an adventure! I just bought a new truck and now need to break in the engine before I take off this weekend. I don't know what I enjoy more, snuggling up with my dogs in my little nest or the thrill of doing all of this! This is the biggest challenge I have had in a long time and other than driving through town with my door open, nothing serious has happened. I can't wait to do a rally and meet some of you!
