Just a note to introduce myself. I've had my 89 32' Excella for four years and love it. Recent changes to it include new axles brakes and tires(maxxis). Also a new fridge. Its in the process of getting a new bellypan. The roof vent covers rotted apart and new Shurflo Gold fans are replacing them. The wife and I took it from Maine to Alaska (up to the North slope) and back to Florida. 16,000 miles and no problems. Got the axles brakes and tires before the trip and was glad I did. Just ripped out the carpeting and put in a laminated hardwood floor. It will be much easier to clean and the weight is about the same. The Alaska highway has been paved for a long time, but has more frostheaves than any Maine backroad.
Wow! That's a really cool trip. Welcome to the forums.
I'm interested, how long did you take for such a long voyage? What were the most interesting things you saw?
Happy to have you here,
Rich
