Smile Brief Introduction

Good Morning All,

Thank you for allowing me to share your experiences and insights.

I am a woodworker/handyman, currently on winter leave and residing in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I don't have an Airstream at this time, however, I have owned several conventional (other makes) RV units in the past, and have an interest in aquiring a real solid and original older Airstream Trailer 25-27 ft. in the future. Additionally, I should meantion that I am new to e-mail (this is my first).

Thanks again,
Bryan L

Welcome to the Forum. You did very well for your first post; however, this isn't really Email. You need to find a friend and send something to his Email address. Email addresses have that @ sign in them. It gets easier as you go. I'm still trying to teach my husband the difference between Email addresses and websites. This stuff gets to be more fun the more you use it.

Welcome Bryan. With your skills you should love doing a restoration and I'm sure we'll love asking you questions on how you did it.

Welcome Bryan - be sure to check out the forum classifieds here, as someone may have just the Airstream you're searching for. Hope to hear from you again soon. Good luck!

Welcome to the forums! The best place to learn all Airstream!

At the top of the "page" (screen) you will find a blue bar going across the page (toolbar) and if you click on the search button (click the word search and you will see a little box come up) you can key in a word like "hitch" or "refrigerator" and you will generate a list of threads (conversations) that have that topic in them. It can help you find answers to questions you may have. Good luck!

Hey Bryan! Welcome! I was just up your way. So tell us... where are you working that allows you the winter off??
Comedian Paula Poundstone has a great routine....she said, "Kids, next time an adult asks you, 'What do you want to be when you grow up?' Don't tell 'em, they're all still looking for ideas.

Welcome Bryan! We think that you will find these Forums very helpful in both locating and evaluating the Airstream of your dreams. There is a very extensive knowledge base here. Since you are also new to electronic communication, don't be afraid to ask about the electronic mechanics also.
