Brad2K

Last night in the FCU forum area Brad (flyfshr) posted his 2000 post.
I have know Brad for a bunch of years and I wanted to tell you all a story about what he did for me. A few years ago I was at an outing with my flyfishing club and Brad comes rolling in with this beautiful 59 Trade Wind, I was hooked. I asked Brad the best way to find out more about these classic trailers. Airstreamforums he tells me. A few years later I am looking to buy a trailer from another forums member and I ask him about it. He tells me what a great trailer it is and what a great guy the seller is (both true). The rest is history. People like Brad make this forum great!
Congratulations on your 2000th post!

WOW ! I just saw this. Thanks for the kind words Richard and the rest although hooking you on vintage Airstreams wasn't much of an effort and I had help.

Here's to the next 2000.

Brad, you are an inspiration to newbies like me, even if you did break my trailer and tear up my warranty.

Here's to the next 2,000. Half of them will probably be answering my questions.

Man, that's just wrong. I didn't break your trailer or do anything to your warranty. The awning arm shouldn't have had a belt buckle on it anyway.
