Been a while

It has been to long since I entered the Forum. My life style has been such that I did not have much time to sit and type. But I am going to try and do better.

I have been Workamping full time for the last 3 years. I have a 1995 Excella 1000, 28' long. Her name is Mariposa, spanish for butterfly. I named her that because she flits around with me whereever I go.

At the moment I am working in the office of Shadow Hills RV Resort in Indio,CA. This is the best life I could ever have picked. Vacation 24/7. I live free where I work and I work anywhere the weather is in my favor.

Last winter I worked at a ski resort in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado. Just east of Wolf Creek Pass. I worked 18 hours a week and played the rest of the time. Skied, snow mobiled, ice skated, went on sleigh rides and just enjoyed the snow and life.

Will check out the forum and see what I can learned. So much I don't know and plan to learn.

You're in a great place for the winter, but where are you headed when Indio turns into a summer inferno?

What are you looking to learn--do your own maintenance, refurbish, polish, find great boondocks in the west?

Welcome back. It sounds like you're having a bust, fun Airstreaming life. This is a goal to which we all aspire.
