Ahoy hoy! CA newbie/wannabe
Hello, all! After lurking for a couple of days I thought I'd finally test the waters.
The hubby and I are still "wannabes" at this point, but someday we'd like to call a 22ft Sport home.

Well, I've got an update: for better or worse, we decided to roll the dice and got a 2005 Safari Bambi 19'er. I hope it's not a lemon! /gulp
After reading the forums until our eyes were jellified, we decided to go for a gently used model that (hopefully) has had all the kinks ironed out.
Thanks for all of the great knowledge, forum-folk!

Hi and welcome!
If you have the time available please come down to the (almost) coast for the NorCal rally in April: http://www.airforums.com/forums/f288...1-a-57149.html has a long string, and also look at the: help, need to ship to England string on the near-top of the portal page. its only our second rally but is great to meet a bunch of irregular folks who have a "normal" obsession with shiny houses. (Mine is shiny in theory, not in practice.) food, drink & fun, lots of info and geat people!

Thanks!
We won't be able to make the rally because of work, and we don't have any pictures yet (we only have a couple of lousy phone pics).
BUT our inaugural voyage should be happening this weekend (we still need to pick 'er up from the dealer). WE. ARE. SO. EXCITED.

We also bought a gently used a/s. We hope that you will have as much luck with yours as we have had. We didn't check out what we should have _ (anything)ie after reading the forum. But so far everything has worked for us and we are very pleased. Happy streaming to you. Susan

In four years we will be moving up to Nevada City. We are looking forward to that aswell. We will be neighbors!
