1999 cutter any probs

Hi, we are looking at purchasing 1999 35' Cutter 1 slide. We would like to know if their are any known problems we should be aware of. It was owned by 1 owner and looks to be in great condition. The dealer is of course fixing obvious stuff. It rides beautiful. Has a great turning ability. Could the refrigerator be a defrost type? I'll have to ask dealer but thought I'd try hear first. I will want to change the mattress and like memory foam. We may also want to put in a 4 door ref. any ideas?
