1967 Caravel in UK. Wheel help, please

Hi fellow Airstream owners
I have recently imported a '67 17ft Caravel which we Christened "Stella" after (You choose!) 1. Wally Byam's wife 2. The wonderful 5.2% proof Belgian lager ??
My problem is that I only have 2 wheels, so no margin for error. Would anyone be able to advise me as to if there are any rims that fit, off cars from Europe please?
Airstream spares are as rare as rocking horse dung over here, and it would save the hassle of import if I could get hold of a workable spare over here.
Failing that, I guess a rim supplier Stateside would mail, so suggestions welcome.
My existing wheels are the original 15" ones.
Thanks new friends,
Stew Wilkin

This gentleman, Andy, is a vendor and a treasure trove of information. He will give you a straight answer. There are several dimentions of the wheel that you need, but he will have it(Width, backset, offset and weight rating). If you cannot locate one he will be happy to sell you what you need.

Hope this helps.

Winner!

While Inland Rv has a ton of info and hard to find parts, patience is required as he can be "prickly".

Just keep posting here Stew, there is a wealth of info to be had and lots of folks are eager to help.

Stew, welcome to the forums!!!
You could give Daniel from Airstream4u a try... He is very helpfull to Airstreamers in Europe and he is converting most trailers to meet european regulations which includes new EU-rims and tires. He might have some US-rims for you and he probably can guide you to new tires as well.
I would guess that sending a rim from Germany to the UK isn´t too expensive...

Good luck
