There was an unfortunate event reported by a Canadian AirForums member a few years ago. He bought a vintage trailer in need of much work. He polished the outside, then gutted the interior (including removal of the interior skins). Then he went south for the winter, with the trailer left outside. The winter snow collapsed the roof, totaling the trailer.

So I'd say you should clear off the snow when it gets real deep.

The interior skins are a critical part of the structure of the trailer....
