time to test

After a rear floor, adding A/C, and new axles I'm about to lay vinyl and start putting my 66 back together. Before I go much further, is there an easy way to "bench test" my appliances. I'm ditching the oven for a microwave, so I just need to check the fridge, furnace, toilet, and water heater. The furnace is a Suburban Dyna-Trail, the water heater is a Bowen G110T, the fridge is a Dometic 510A, the toilet is ...well, a toilet.

A side question. There is an on/off switch above in the wall above the oven, is that for the outside light...or water pump is my second guess?

I stand corrected. The tiolet is an Aqua Magic by Thetford. It cleaned up well. Is there anything in particular I should look for on any of these appliances?
