i think the switch is for the water pump. haven't gotten to that yet. pump is still covered in funk. i learned this evening. I'm missing a few pieces from water system. check valve, regulator, and pressure relief have been removed. Just more to go on fix list.

Goodies from inland arrived. repaired and installed 7 window latches. Making more dowel nuts this weekend if I don't drive home.

Berth and bath scrubbed clean.

Need to rewire furnace thermostat. Rats ate wires at one point. Furnace needs to be removed to clean. Overhead storage street side needs to be rebuilt. Previous water damage from vent took its toll. Hung bunk in bracket and bottom fell out near vent.

Beds should be here soon.

Bed arrived. Comfy but the glue fumes are killer. Hopefully it'll air out over next few days. Took a while for bed to ship but arrived two days later.

Sprung a leak. Main line in front of toilet split. PEX conversion sooner than expected.

Also found leak at this valve/ regulator. What exactly is its purpose. Is it necessary? It was covered in expanding foam by PO. One line is supply and the other feeds spray nozel and main line for toilet. It's mounted in bottom of medicine cabinet.

Not much time to work on overlander. I made some minor progress over past few weeks. AC is running strong, repaired galley sink, replaced water lines, and rebuilt shower faucet. So far no more plumbing leaks.

Pics are in this order:

1. Sloan valve mentioned in last post. It seems to be an old vented float valve. it allows toilet to fill when flushed. it wouldn't seal so i replaced with a 1/4 turn cut off valve.

2. pic of rear plumbing as it sits today. will replace hot line soon. picked up red pex today.

3. Info card on parts used to rebuild shower faucet cartridge. 3 box stores did not have the cartridge in stock. None of box stores had the cartridge. They all had orings and flat washers.

Cold showers until i finish gas lines. Looking more like a camper every day. No more glorified tent camping.
