New owner of '65 Overlander

Hi, wanted to introduce myself. I just picked up a 65 overlander. Mostly original in good shape, and working order. I will need to do some body repair and definitely will be restoring. Not sure if it will be either original or updated. We haven't decided which. Probably modernize the interior. This is my first RV - yep I have finally given up the tent camping.

I'll post pictures later but do have a question. I have no idea how to operate the plumbing and electrical systems - which all seem to be original. Does anyone have an owners manual for this camper I can get a copy of? I can't find one, even from Airstream. The only one I have found is on eBay a few weeks ago and lost that auction at the last minute.

Thanks,

Gary

Hi! Welcome to the forums. There are several 65 year owner's here. I imagine someone will be along to help answer your questions. It may also be covered in the trailer specific areas. Click on forums, trailers. find your year and then overlander. Or do a search.

Did you find a manual? I have one and can email you a copy. I only scanned the basic system parts of the manual--I excluded the sections on washing-towing-backing, etc.
