Need help on the value

I'm back after a time being locked down with Covid. After a great deal of thought, we have decided to sell our 1969 Overlander. I have no idea what a fair selling price should be. The outside is dull and a few dents. The inside we remodeled and upgraded. New AC, awning, we replaced the gas oven with a convection oven microwave, gas frig replaced with and electric that runs off a converter when on the road, or shore power. sale would include two Honda generators. Laminate floors.

we are not looking to make a fortune, just want to sell it at a fair price. What do you think?

Looks like a nice unit.....I would value it at between 18,000-27,000, depending on the buyer......at the end of the day, it is worth what you can get for it, but I would not be shy about starting out at $25,000.00 My guess is you probably have 15,000 or possibly a little more in it, depending on your method of improvements.....(whether you did it yourself or hired it out)
If it is literally 100% ready to hook up and go, you might even start at $32,000.00
...the worst thing that can happen is you don't sell it quickly.

I agree with first poster, who owns a similar unit.
Keep in mind, these new people have Silver Tube fever.
They are paying what, like 45K for a new Basecamp, which is like half the unit yours is.Plus, it's vintage aluminum.
Oh, for a couple reasons, I would run a hardened chain through a plastic sleve, through top of those generators, for a couple reasons.
