It is a:
J = Ohio built
1(I) = International package
26 = 26' Overlander
6
= built in 1966
576 = sequential build number

Check out this page to double check & see others...

This Price vs Condition information will help you decide what it's estimated value would be based on the condition. Check out "Table A" in the referenced weblink to determine the condition. From the pictures it looks to be pretty much intact which would put it in solid mid-to upper "average" condition depending on the functionality of the appliances.

If like to replace my fresh water tank. Can anyone tell me the best place to locate a 12"×12"×3' tank?

The last 3 numbers (576) does this mean mine is 576th off the line?

Typically they are located under the "gaucho" (couch) below the front window.
Will this one fit?

In 1966, the sequential build numbers for the double bed arrangement begins with 500, meaning that between the kitchen and bath, you have a double bed on one side and cabinets on the other, as opposed to having twin beds on both sides. If your trailer had 2 twin beds, it would be 076. You have a double bed, therefore 576.

Your trailer is the 76th double bed Overlander of 1966 from Ohio.

There is no added value for an early 1966 production number.

Generally speaking, any year, mostly there, rolling Airstream, without a rusted frame, and having decent skins, has a rebuildable-core value of around 5K. Leaks, bad windows, dysfunctional appliances, freeze damaged plumbing, antiquated electrical, and floor rot, are a given. For any vintage year, as the trailers get shorter, they become exponentially more valuable.

The crack in your tank nipple might be able to be polyethylene welded. If you can solder, braze, Gas or Tig, you'll figure it out with the aid of the You Tubes, and you have a chance of an easy, Cheap repair.

Thank you. That's a lot of info you've given me. The nipple is broken off of the tank. And I'm no welder...lol
Is there a nipple that I can install into the tank ? Just trying to keep from having to replace the whole tank.
-Feeling I'm over my head w/this-
